Foundations (weeks 24–28)
We map your history, hopes, and worries — then outline what the coming weeks can look like with the right support.
Pregnancy brings a hundred questions and just as many opinions. Your doula filters the noise: what’s normal, what’s worth asking your provider, and which comfort tools actually help when the third trimester gets heavy.

Final review, packing checklists, early-labor game plan, and on-call confirmation so you feel settled, not scrambling.
Most families begin around weeks 24–28, which leaves room for all three visits without rushing. Starting later is absolutely fine — we’ll compress the essentials.
Yes — partners are encouraged. One full session is dedicated to partner coaching so they feel confident, not sidelined.
It complements them. Classes teach; our visits personalize. We connect what you learned to your body, your provider, and your specific plans.
